Incorporated in 2023, PMI Arka is the newest locally-owned franchisee of Property Management Inc. in the greater Seattle area. The company offers single- and multi-family Residential Brokerage and Property Management Services in King and Snohomish Counties.
PMI is the country's largest franchise network for property management services, with over 400 locations and over $52 billion of assets under management.
Aditya is a 5-time entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in real estate, technology and financial services. He is dedicated to providing property management expertise and outstanding service to his clients and tenants through accountability, professionalism and exceptional communication.Originally from Mumbai, India - he has lived in Seattle and its surroundings for over 5 years.
He has a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from London Business School in the UK, and holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. He also holds a Washington state real estate broker license.
Aditya chose to work with PMI because of their trusted brand, comprehensive processes, amazing culture and industry-best tech platform. Combined with local ownership, it provides for an amazing customer experience.
Anvesha holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. At PMI Arka, she serves as an Administrative Assistant, overseeing maintenance operations, managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of property-related matters. She also assists with vendor compliance, documentation tracking, and internal coordination to support efficient property management operations. Her work helps ensure organized processes and a seamless experience for clients and residents.
With a background in digital marketing and graphic design, Rishika brings a creative yet strategic perspective to product development. As a Product Manager at PMI Arka, she drives digital initiatives that enhance user experience and support business growth. She also played a key role in launching the RBP program, demonstrating her ability to translate strategy into execution. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building thoughtful, efficient solutions that deliver meaningful results.
Samiksha is an Administrative Assistant at PMI Arka who handles daily office tasks, coordinates communication, keeps records updated, and supports smooth team operations. She is known for being efficient, organized, dependable, and approachable in her work.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Amravati University. She enjoys working at PMI Arka because of its positive work culture, learning opportunities, and cooperative team environment.
Tejaswini is an Administrative Assistant at PMI Arka, where she oversees leasing operations and supports client and property onboarding. She manages property listings, coordinates inquiries, and communicates with prospective tenants through to placement, helping facilitate the leasing process from start to finish.
